We have at this time right about 35 opening for our tune-up special with time still available before Christmas.
A customer asked me, "Johnnie, I referred a friend to you guys and told them about your AC special. He said when he looked online it wasn't there?".
I wanted to answer this question for anyone else who might of had this problem because we love referrals and don't want to disappoint anyone.
We run our Tune-up specials during non-peak times. The weather personality on TV has a tough time predicting the weather and that weather is what drives busier times vs slower times for us.
We have the discount for those who book online during the timeslots we consider off-peak. Once the weather kicks in, then we have to eliminate the special. This way we leave a adequate amount of man power to deliver fast repair service. We work really hard to avoid rescheduling appointments (Last year it only happened 8 times the whole year).
Our special is a balancing act of saving you money and keeping us busy. If we can keep offering the special all season, we will. But, that usually doesn't happen.
